Melinda Krasowski, (Dharam Prakash), spends her days teaching yoga to all ages and abilities, and serving her family and community in Summit County, Colorado. Her Kundalini Yoga classes are a dynamic blend of warm ups, kriyas, mantras, and meditations. Inspired by Yogi Bhajan's words, "Be the Lighthouse," Melinda's intention is to help students find that spark which may ignite a daily spiritual practice. When she's not practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga, Melinda enjoys yoga in its infinite forms, tele-skiing, snowboarding, hiking, gardening and spending time with her family and pets.

Melinda received her first certification in 2011 under the guidance of Cooke Fisher at CMC in Breckenridge, CO; and received her Level 1 Kundalini Yoga certification in Crestone, CO with Karta Purkh Kaur in 2015. She is working towards a Level 2 Certification with GuruMeher Khalsa and Karta Purkh Kaur at Kundalini Yoga Denver.
